Bitkub Account KYC Levels

What are the account levels in Bitkub?

Levels determine your buy and sell threshold as a Bitkub member. Meet our requirements and you will be given full user access to our website. In each upgraded level, you will unlock more features as listed below:

Level 1

• Account Verification: KYC LEVEL 1 (THAI CITIZEN)
• Account Verification: KYC LEVEL 1 (FOREIGN NATIONALS)
  
  

To unlock the following daily limit:

• Coin deposit: No limit
• THB deposit : 1,000,000 - 2,000,000 THB/day
• THB withdrawal : 1,000,000 - 2,000,000 THB/day
• Coin withdrawal : value 1,000,000 - 2,000,000 THB/day
  
  

Level 2 (This level requires you to fill in the additional questionnaire and upload your proof of address and your 3 months' latest bank statement.)

• Account Verification: KYC LEVEL 2

To unlock the following daily limit:

• Coin deposit: No limit
• THB deposit : 1,250,000 - 50,000,000 THB/day
• THB withdrawal : 1,250,000 - 50,000,000 THB/day
• Coin withdrawal : value 1,250,000 - 50,000,000 THB/day

Remarks:

• Customers who already passed the level 2 account verification (or KYC level 2) can request a custom limit to increase the daily limit for deposits and withdrawals. Please see the instructions for withdrawals here. 
• Your daily withdrawal limit is subject to change depending on the current criteria of KYC assessment, and the company's policy for risk prevention and management for our users. In case you would like to increase your daily limit, you are welcome to apply for a custom limit change. For questions and inquiries, please feel free to contact Bitkub Support.
• For foreigners, the submitted passport must be valid for more than 3 months.
