Compensation from Bitkub to Affected Users due to KYC Processing Over 24 Hours and Sudden Services Suspension

Due to a high number of new users since the beginning of January 2021, the KYC verification processing time has been raised over 24 hours. Along with the numerous number of Bitkub users using our service at the same time, our service platform was affected resulting in a sudden service suspension on 3 January 2021, and some users were affected by not being able to use our platform during the suspension period.


Bitkub would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and would like to compensate any user that got affected by this incident. 

  1. Users awaiting for KYC process over 24 hours shall receive 500-THB fee credits.
  2. Users who experience any inconvenience from 2 January 2021 at 9:00 PM to 3 January 2021 at 12:35 AM (GTM+7) shall receive 500-THB fee credit.
  3. Users who logged in on 3 January 2021 shall receive 500-THB fee credits.
  4. Users with website/application issues not displaying or displaying incorrect THB/coin amounts shall receive 500-THB fee credits.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Users awaiting for KYC process over 24 hours shall receive the fee credits within 30 days after the KYC is approved.
  • Users who have any inconvenience from 2 January 2021 at 9:00 PM to 3 January 2021 at 00:35 AM shall receive the fee credits within 31 January 2021.
  • Users who logged in on 3 January 2021 shall receive the fee credits within 31 January 2021.
  • Users with the THB/coin displaying problem shall receive the fee credits within 30 days after investigation and adjustment.
  • The fee credit lasts for 30 days after the issuing date. You can check more information about fee credits here.
  • Bitkub reserves the right to amend or revoke the conditions without prior notice.
