From people with disabilities to “Vulcan Heroes”, from the cooperation between Bitkub and Vulcan Coalition by Alisa Keawgrajok, Sirinapa Onpotha, Thunyaporn Khanthong, and Thanapong Wangtrongjit.
As Bitkub perceives the opportunity and would like to present equality in terms of work, we decided to encourage long-term careers for people with disabilities in order to improve their well-being. Therefore, Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. cooperates with Vulcan Coalition Co., Ltd. in promoting hiring people with disabilities through the program called "Vulcan Heroes".
We are going to push equality regarding work forward through the interview with the four Vulcan Heroes. Let's find out who they are, what their roles are, and how they feel about their work. As we believe that we are all equal to each other, competence is actually the key to work. We would also like to encourage people with disabilities not to give up and underestimate themselves because they can be the part that drives Thailand forward.
