If you would like to update or change the email address of your Bitkub account, you can submit your request and information via the Persona system. The instructions are provided in the following article: How to submit your identity verification documents for email change requests through Persona
In case you are unable to submit your email change request through Persona, please follow the steps below.
1. Contact our Bitkub Support to send your request for changing the email address of your Bitkub account.
2. Our team will send an acknowledgment email to inform you that we have received your data change request.
3. Afterwards, you will receive another email where you can fill in the information on the form via DocuSign system. *
4. Once completing and submitting the form through DocuSign, our team will contact you to proceed further and inform you of the progress.**

** An email change request will be complete within 7 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after we receive all the required documents or complete the verification, though we will make sure to complete your request as soon as possible.
