You can now exchange cryptocurrencies with goods and services at the participating shopping centers by The Mall Group (from 30 November 2021 until 28 February 2022). Please see the steps below.
1. Inform a cashier that you wish to exchange your crypto tokens with products, and select the cryptocurrency that you will use for the exchange.
Important:
- You must have a verified Bitkub account.
- There are 7 cryptocurrencies supported for the exchange: Bitkub Coin (KUB), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Ripple (XRP), Stellar Lumens (XLM), and JFIN Coin (JFIN).
- The minimum price of goods/services you want to exchange is 20 Baht. However, the minimum prices differ according to the currencies.

2. The cashier types in the price to EDC.
2.1 You select the currency that you want to use on EDC. (Please press the button of your selected currency by yourself.)
2.2 Click “Confirm” on EDC.
The EDC will show the available currencies that you can select according to the price.
3. The EDC will generate the QR code (valid for 300 seconds) for you to scan.
- Please use only the built-in phone camera or Line scanner to scan the QR code.
- Your Bitkub application must be at least version 3.8.2 (for both iOS and Android).
- In case you use an iPhone, please make sure your iOS is updated to at least version 11.
QR Code contains:
- The shop’s wallet address
- The total amount of the order (calculated automatically by the system)
4. Scan the QR code
- In case you do not have the Bitkub application on your device: you will be directed to install the app.
- In case you already have the Bitkub application on your device but it is not logged in: you will be directed to log in to your Bitkub account and then to the coin withdrawal page.
- In case your Bitkub is already logged in: you will be directed to the coin withdrawal page with the receiver’s wallet address and the token amount required for the transfer.
5. Please check and make sure that everything is correct.
6. Fill in the OTP (if enabled) and 2FA code from the Google Authenticator correctly.
- The 2FA function must be enabled in order to transfer the tokens to the shop. (In case this function is inactive, please go to “Setting” on your Bitkub account to activate it.)
- In case the OTP function is disabled, you can activate it from “Setting” on your Bitkub account.
7. Press the “Withdraw” button to proceed.
- For the first transfer of the selected currency at the particular shop, an email confirmation for the transfer will be required.
- You can save the shop’s address as a trusted address (tick at the “Save this address” box) to skip the step of filling in the OTP and 2FA for your next transfers at the same shop for the same currency.
Important:
- You must “Confirm” the transfer in the email within 24 hours.
8. Select “Withdraw” to proceed with the transfer.
9. Once the transfer is successful, the EDC will show the summarized details of the transfer and print out a receipt, which contains:
- The total amount of the price in Thai Baht
- Date of the transfer
- Order ID (a hash ID generated by Bitkub system with a POS number)
- Transaction ID (transfer ID generated by the POS)

How to check your transfer history
You can check the status and history of your transfers on your Bitkub application. Please see the steps below.
- Click at the "Wallet" symbol from the menu bar
- Click at the clock symbol on the top right corner
- Click at "CRYPTO" to check the history of your transfers
