For all customers, investors, and everyone who is interested in cryptocurrency and would like to meet with other investors to discuss and exchange knowledge and experiences, or to consult one on one with our team of experts for digital asset investment from Bitkub, we are now ready to open our “Bitkub Investment Centre” to welcome all of you at our soft launch on 8 October 2021 at 9.09 AM (GMT+7) with an official opening on 15 October 2021.

Nowadays, crypto investment is a talk-of-the-town topic that many people are looking at and interested in getting involved. Though this technology is rather new, thus many investors still need some assistance or advice in various aspects of crypto investment.

Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. or Bitkub truly understands this concern so we came up with this idea in order to provide everyone a space where they can meet and exchange investment ideas, knowledge, as well as directly consult with experts so that they can invest in financial assets more confidently and safely.

We have investment experts from the Digital Asset Strategist (DAS) team who are expertized in digital assets, investment, and Bitkub application usage. They are ready to assist you at the Centre.

For those who are interested in opening an account with Bitkub, whether as a general or a corporate customer, our staff at Bitkub Investment Centre are ready to assist you with account registration and verification.

We also provide you with a spacious area where you can work or trade, equipped with free Wifi, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, a souvenir shop, and a snack bar where you can grab some snacks, coffee, and drinks.

Covid-19 Prevention Policy

At Bitkub Investment Centre, we have the policy to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 disease including the Thaichana registration spot, alcohol gel and surgical mask stations, and regular sanitizing schedules.

For the best experience and safety during the pandemic, we limit the number of visitors and kindly ask all visitors to make a reservation in advance before visiting Bitkub Investment Centre via call at 02-032-9536 during the service hours of the Centre.

Remarks:

- The maximum number of visitors is limited to 5 persons, each has 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Walk-in visitors are welcome. However, please note that the limited number of visitors in the Centre is applied. In case all the slots are taken at the time of your walk-in, you will need to wait for the next available slot.
