Why is my account disabled?
To ensure the safety of our customers and to comply with local laws and regulations, Bitkub.com may terminate Customer accounts where we suspect that they are involved in illegal activities or activities that violate the Bitkub.com User Agreement.
We have a security policy towards scamming practices and any activities in contravention to our User Agreement. If we have reasonable suspicion that you have been using your Bitkub.com account to intentionally corruption, we will be deactivating your account and suspending your activity.
How do I withdraw the remaining money or cryptocurrency from my deactivated account?
The payment process and processing time will vary. It depends on why your account was disabled.
