If you find the wrong password 2FA
It's time for Google Authentication. Not properly synced. Or time does not match the current device. Or wrong time zone If this is the case, try resetting to the current time. Or select the time zone in the device to match the country of residence.
If the initial steps are not successful. Please try the following steps. *** This may require another device
Move Google Authentication To another machine To get a password to the account from another device. Please click here to see how to move 2FA Authenticator.
If the transaction is successful. You may now move back to the main machine immediately.
If you lost or cannot access the device
If it is not possible to access the 2FA from your device because it's lost or if the device is damaged and is not usable. Please contact us for further help or please click here.
