What are the meanings of your transaction statuses?
This table will provide information on transaction confirmation statuses and what steps are needed to be done in order to complete each transaction.
|Status||Meaning||What to do|
|Waiting/Confirm Email||Waiting for the customer to "Confirm" via email||Go to your email used to register with Bitkub.com and click "Confirm" to complete the transaction.|
|Pending||The transaction is being verified by our related team.||The transaction estimated approval time is around 20 mins to 2 hours.|
The transaction is in progress (by the system).
|If the transaction takes longer than 2 hours, please contact Customer Support.|
|Canceled||The transaction was canceled by the customer or Bitkub.||
If the transaction is canceled, please create a new transaction.
|Reported||Waiting for the confirmation of the transaction.||
Waiting for the confirmation or further check which can be affected by:
- the transaction volume on the blockchain,
- the wallet address or Memo that was filled in when the transaction was created is incorrect or missing. In this case, the transaction will be checked further; the checking process takes within 24 hours. The coins will be credited back to the original (sender) wallet once the transaction is successfully canceled.
|Complete||Bitkub has confirmed the transaction.||
