Any computer that connects to the Bitcoin network is called a “node” and without them, Bitcoin Cash would not exist.
When the transactions happen, these nodes group the transactions together into what are called “blocks” that are then added to the blockchain. Bitcoin Cash adds a new block every 10 minutes.
The blockchain is nearly impossible to hack or modify, since each block is encrypted and validated and changing the data is not possible. The majority of nodes will result in consensus.
