To make a withdrawal from the web version, please see below.
1. Log in to your Bitkub account.
2. Go to Wallet.
3. Click on the Withdraw button aligned to THB.
4a. Select your bank account, enter your withdrawal amount, and input your 2FA code (after you complete the bank account verification).
4b. The system will generate a withdrawal record of which amount will be transferred to your bank account.
5. There will be a pop-up window informing you to receive the withdrawal confirmation email. (This step is required only when it is the first withdrawal to the selected bank account.)
*If not confirmed, your withdrawal confirmation email will expire within 24 hours and you will have to create a new withdrawal request from your Bitkub account.
6. Your withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours.

THB Withdrawal
Kasikorn Bank
- Withdrawal orders will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 THB. **
- Withdrawal orders will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is over 2,000,000 THB. ** ’ ***
- The maximum withdrawal is 5,000,000 THB at a time.
Other banks
- Withdrawal orders will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 THB. **
- The maximum withdrawal is 2,000,000 THB at a time.
**Remarks:
- Should there be any unexpected issues from the payment gateway side, your deposit or withdrawal transactions might be affected. Bitkub will make an announcement on this concern on our official channels.
- Due to the banks' daily system maintenance, you will not be able to make any deposits through QR code and any withdrawals from 11:30 PM to 12:10 AM (GMT+7).
- If you have already installed a 2FA authenticator, the system will prompt you to enter a 2FA password each time you withdraw. If you do not install a 2FA authenticator, however, the system will not require a 2FA password.
