How to Deposit THB
1. Log in to your Bitkub Account.
2. Go to Wallet.
3. Click on Deposit button aligned to THB.
4. Select Deposit Type (QR Code)
4.1 Deposit with Mobile Application (QR Code) (account should be verified). You can easily deposit money with this method. Please note that the spelling of your Name and Surname between your Bank account and Bitkub account must be the same.
4.1.1) Enter the amount you want to deposit
4.1.2) Click DEPOSIT NOW.
4.1.3) The system will generate an amount for the exact deposit to be made and a QR Code. Scan the QR Code with your bank app (it should support QR Code reading).
NOTE: QR Codes can only be used once. If you repeat the same transaction using the same QR Code, your deposit request will not be processed. More importantly, you will have to make a refund request which may have additional fees and may take about 14 business days.
In the event that you wish to change the deposit amount and/or payment method, we strongly recommend that you cancel the previous deposit request first and create a new QR Code Deposit before making another request.
4.2.1) Select the method of Deposit (Online Bank Transfer or QR Code)
4.2.2) Select which BItkub bank account you wish to deposit the amount to (e.g. If you select Kasikorn Bank, the system will choose the destination account of Bitkub as Kasikorn Bank. Another option is Bitkub's SCB -Siam Commercial Bank account)
4.2.3) Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
4.2.4) Click Deposit Now.
4.2.5) The system will show the amount that you have to transfer. When all information is complete, click OK.
4.2.6) Once you have the proof of deposit, click Upload proof of payment and then click Upload.
**NOTE: All deposit requests will expire within 24 hours if no action has been taken/made.
The uploaded documents must follow the requirements below:
- You must upload your proof of deposit.
- Your uploaded documents must be in one of our supported formats.
- Your proof of deposit must match with your verified bank account information (deposit amount, account name, and account number).
- All your uploaded documents must be clear and readable in high resolution.
