*** We highly suggest to please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information. Your request will be processed within 24 hours from the date that the required form is received.
- A selfie photo with you holding your Thai ID card or your foreign passport and a paper that writes:
- "I would like to disable my 2FA"
- The Email address that you wish to remove the 2FA
- The submission date
- Your contact details eg. Thai phone number, Line ID, Skype ID
