(your proof of deposit must be clear as well as the amount must be correct)
The Deposit by QR code payments
- Your deposit will be transferred to your registered bank account with Bitkub within 1 minute - 24 hours* ’ **
THB Withdrawal
Kasikorn Bank
- Withdrawal order will be processed 1 minute - 24 hours ** if the amount is less than 2,000,000 THB.
- Withdrawal order will be processed 1 hour - 24 hours** ’ ** if the amount is over 2,000,000 THB.
- The Maximum withdrawal order is 5,000,000 THB at a time.
- Withdrawal order will be processed 1 minute - 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 THB. **
- The Maximum withdrawal order is 2,000,000 THB at a time.
*Remark: 1. The name in the depositing bank account must be matched with the registered bank information in your Bitkub account.
2. If the depositing bank account is under another person’s name, Bitkub will refund the deposited amount after receiving the supporting documents. (How to refund payment of an unsolicited THB deposit)
3. Once the QR code is provided then it should not be re-used to avoid any errors.
**Remark: Should there be any unexpected issue from the payment gateway side, your deposit or withdrawal transactions might be affected. Bitkub will make an announcement on this concern in our official channels.
***In case you make a withdrawal amount that is over 2,000,000 THB after (later than) 06:00 PM, it will be credited to your bank account by 10:00 AM on the following day.
**** Remark: QR Code deposit and THB withdrawal systems will undergo system maintenance daily
from 11:45 PM to 12:10 AM maintenance. Result to QR Code deposit and THB withdrawal transactions will not proceed through every bank. However, you can make transactions via THB transfer deposit as usual.
