- The emails that were coming from Bitkub go directly to your SPAM/JUNK Mail.
- Your email service provider may have set Bitkub email in a lower priority queue.

Once you are done, Bitkub email will never be sent to the spam/junk folder again. You will receive our email as a priority without any exceptions.
