Deposited crypto to the wrong address
- If you sent your crypto to the wrong recipient address, it means that Bitkub did not receive those coins to begin with, and Bitkub is not responsible for any of those coins. We advise you to contact the owner of the recipient address.
Withdrew crypto to the wrong address
- Once you submit and confirm a withdraw transaction from your email link, the withdrawal process will automatically start and list the transaction into the blockchain. We have no means to cancel or stop the transaction once it is listed into the blockchain. Please check the address carefully before you submit the email confirmation or please try to contact the address owner after he/she has received your coins.
