Bitkub Exchange will temporarily suspend the following services on the application and website according to the schedule below for scheduled system improvement as per our regular development plan.

  1. User login

  2. THB and all digital currencies deposit, withdrawal, and trading

  3. Account verification (KYC)

  4. Bank account registration

  5. 2FA activation


Please be assured that the aforementioned temporary suspension will not affect your assets in any way, and your assets are stored securely in accordance with the strict digital asset storage policy and the storage of our customers complies with all related laws and regulations.
