Why can’t I open an account?: Service limitation

Apart from the qualifications that each user must obtain in order to be qualified to have an account with Bitkub Exchange ("Company"), the laws of each country or area are also one of the main factors that affect our service terms and limitations.

To apply for our service, users acknowledge that since each country, autonomous region, economic zone, or territory (collectively referred to as “areas”) may have different legal requirements, criteria, and conditions related to digital asset exchange service providing or digital assets, the Company, therefore, may be affected or have limitations or subject to the legal rules and conditions of each area as mentioned above. This may include limitations in providing the Company's services and platform.

For this reason, users are obliged to consider and check the legal provisions related to the Company's platform and services in each area before using the Company's services in order to be in accordance with the relevant laws in the area of their residency. 

In this regard, the Company reserves the right to appropriately cancel, amend, change, or announce any terms or conditions regarding access to and provision of the Company's platform and services specifically in each area without notifying the users in advance. In addition, in the event that the users have questions or require assistance, they can contact the Company through the contact channels specified by the Company.
