How to use PandaDoc?

Bitkub Exchange brought in the PandaDoc system to help make things more convenient for our customers when it comes to document submission. With PandaDoc, you will NOT need to print out the forms, fill them in manually, and scan them to send back to us. Below, you can find the steps on how to use PandaDoc.

1. Open an email sent to you from Bitkub Exchange with a related subject to your ongoing request, such as a change of account information, etc.

2. Click "Open The Document", and the system will open a new tab to show you the form.


3. Click “Start” to begin filling out the form.

  • You can change the PandaDoc language by clicking "Other actions" > “Change language” at the upper-right side of the screen. (Currently, the PandaDoc system does not support Thai.)

  • In case you are not convenient to do it now, you can keep this tab open or close the tab and continue later through the link in the email you receive (see step 1).


4. Enter your information in each box completely and correctly.


5. Select the type(s) of information you would like to change.

  • Tick in front of the "Personal Information" for general customers.

  • Tick in front of the "Juristic Investor Information" for enterprise customers.

  • In case you select "Juristic Investor Information", please also fill in your company's commercial registration number (required).


6. Select what information you would like to change and fill in the related details in the spaces provided completely and correctly.


7. Upload the document(s) by clicking "Optional" and ticking the boxes of related types of documents.

  • For general customers, please upload only the related document(s) according to the type of information that needs changing.

  • For juristic investors (enterprise accounts), please upload all documents marked required under the "Additional Document for Juristic Investor" section.


8. Click the box that says “Signature” to sign the document and “Select date” to enter the current date.


9. The system will show you a “Signature” page. 

  • “DRAW”: You can sign by hand using the trackpad or touchpad of your device.

  • “Type”: You can type in your name and change the color or font to adjust your signature look from “Choose font” on the top left of the box.

  • “Upload”: You can upload the file you have saved on your device by clicking the “Choose a Local File” button and selecting the location of your file to upload.


10. Click “Accept and sign” at the bottom right after you are done creating your signature.

11. The system will take you back to the document page. Please recheck all the details once again to make sure that everything is correct. 

12. Click “Finish” to submit the form.

You will see a screen with an “All set! Document is complete” message which means that your document is sent back to Bitkub Exchange. You can click on “downloading a signed PDF now” to download the document.


The PandaDoc system will send an email with “document has been completed by all participants” in the email subject to confirm your document submission.


Afterward, our team will contact you back once we review your document to process the next step.
