I Do Not Receive Emails from Bitkub Exchange

This problem may occur due to the following reasons:

  • You may have entered the wrong email address.
  • The emails from Bitkub go directly to your SPAM/JUNK Mail.
  • Your email service provider may have set Bitkub email in a lower priority queue.

*** Kindly put [email protected]  as part of your Whitelist in your email settings.
Once you are done, Bitkub email will never be sent to the spam/junk folder again. You will receive our email as a priority without any exceptions.
