If you would like to update or change your first name - last name on your Bitkub account, you can easily submit the information for a name change request through the Persona system; the detailed instructions are available in the following article: How to submit your identity verification documents for data change requests through Persona
However, in case you are unable to submit a name change request through Persona, please follow the steps below.
1. Contact our Bitkub Support to send your request for changing your first name - last name on your Bitkub account.
2. Our team will send an acknowledgment email to inform you that we already receive your request.
3. You will receive another email where you can fill in the information on the form via the PandaDoc system.
4. Once completing the form through PandaDoc, our team will contact you to proceed further and inform you of the result.
Remark: A data change request is normally completed within 7 business days after we receive the complete and correct documentation, though we will make sure to fulfill your request as soon as possible.
