Is this email really from Bitkub.com ?

Bitkub customer support will never ask for your sensitive information like password, codes of your 2-factor authenticator (2FA), or access to your device remotely.


If you receive a suspicious email please make sure to double-check the email of the sender. Here are the official emails that are being used by Bitkub.com:

*For your account security, kindly be reminded that an official email from Bitkub will always have @bitkub.com as the email domain.

 

In addition, Bitkub has an SMS channel to send messages to customers to update news or activities.

Please make sure the received SMS message is from the sender name "Bitkub" as in the example picture.

 

Remark:

Please be careful of fraud SMS send by an impersonation of Bitkub.
