What is a trust address?
A trust address is a wallet address that is saved for crypto withdrawals to make the process for future transactions more convenient by omitting the steps of filling in the OTP, email confirmation, and filling in the 2FA code from an authenticator application. You can choose to save any wallet addresses for coin withdrawal. You can save wallet addresses as trust addresses immediately without creating a real crypto withdrawal request.
There are 2 methods you can choose to use when creating a trust address:
Method 1: Creating a trust address while creating a real crypto withdrawal request
Method 2: Creating a trust address without creating a real crypto withdrawal request
Method 1: Creating a trust address while creating a real crypto withdrawal request
1. Log in to your account on Bitkub Exchange.
2. Go on the "WALLET" menu.
3. Select a token you want to create a trust address and tap "WITHDRAW"
4. Fill out the recipient wallet address you want to save and the amount of token you want to withdraw.
5. Tap "Save Address", select "Trust this address", and set a label before proceeding.
6. Create a crypto withdrawal transaction to save the address for your future transactions.
The saved trsut address will be added to the crypto withdrawal list for your future transactions. If you wish to delete the saved address, you can tap and hold the address on the address list to delete it.

Method 2: Creating a trust address without creating a real crypto withdrawal request
1. Select "Trust without withdraw" and then create a withdrawal request.
2. Fill in the correct OTP and Google Authenticator codes.
3. Click "OK" and confirm the process in the email sent from our system. Please complete the email confirmation within 24 hours after receiving the email.
