What is the rate limit?
Bitkub has a rate limit system that is used to define the number of users that occur over a period of time in order to provide effective Bitkub application usage. For example, if there are a lot of users at a period of time, the rate limit system will start automatically.
How to fix the rate limit?
In case you cannot access Bitkub application during the time when there are a lot of users, you can restart the application and try to access your account again.
